摘 要:以卧式结构安全阀为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法,通过对比不同开启高度下阀门流场,研究阀门排量系数变化规律,探究流场马赫数与压力分布情况,研究表明:开启高度影响安全阀最小流动面积和临界流动区域位置,从而影响安全阀排量系数。当最小流道面积为帘面积时,帘面积随开高线性增长,其排量系数线性增长;当最小流道面积为环面积时,环面积随开高非线性增长,其排量系数非线性增长;当最小流道面积为喉部面积时,最小流道面积保持不变,排量系数随开高先继续增大后保持不变。可以根据泄放量需求,适当选择卧式结构安全阀开高。Taking the horizontal structure safety valve as the research object,the numerical simulation method is used to compare the flow field of the valve under different lifts,study the change law of the valve displacement coefficient,and explore the Mach number and pressure distribution of the flow field.The research shows that the lift affects the minimum flow area and the position of the critical flow area of the safety valve,thus affecting the displacement coefficient of the safety valve.When the minimum flow path area is the curtain area,the curtain area increases linearly with the lift.Its discharge coefficient increases linearly;When the minimum channel area is the ring area,the ring area increases nonlinearly with the lift,and the discharge coefficient increases nonlinearly;When the minimum channel area is the throat area,the minimum channel area remains unchanged,and the discharge coefficient first continues to increase and then remains unchanged with the lift.According to the change rule of displacement coefficient of horizontal structure safety valve with lift,the lift of horizontal structure safety valve can be appropriately selected according to the discharge demand.
