摘  要:为了研究核主泵出口逆止阀的关闭特性,采用动网格技术和6DOF模型对旋启式和三偏心式两种类型的逆止阀进行了流场模拟。研究获得了不同流量和不同温度下的逆止阀关闭特性,并对动态关闭过程中的阀板表面的压力场进行了分析。研究表明,旋启式阀板的逆止速度远快于三偏心阀板,在阀板逆止过程中,阀板上下面压力总体上持续上升,上下两面的压差逐渐加大,在阀板上施加的关阀效果扭矩也越来越大。In order to study the closing characteristics of the check valve at the outlet of the reactor coolent pump,the flow field simulation of two types of check valves of swing type and triple eccentric type was carried out by using dynamic mesh technology and 6DOF model.The closing characteristics of the check valve at different flow rates and different temperatures were obtained,and the pressure field on the valve plate surface during the dynamic closing process was analyzed.The research shows that the back check speed of the swing valve plate is much faster than that of the triple eccentric valve plate.During the back check process of the valve plate,the pressure below the valve plate continues to rise,and the pressure difference between the upper and lower sides gradually increases.The torque applied to the valve closing effect is also increasing.
