摘 要:核级阀门是核设施及附属构件中使用数量及频率较高的介质输送控制设备,是核设施安全运行的重要保障,一旦出现故障或失效,将会给核设施的安全运行带来潜在风险。因此,核级阀门的产品质量必须得到有力保证。其中,阀门制造过程是实现产品设计方案和性能指标的关键环节,只有提前识别出产品的关键质量特性,并采取科学有效的方法对影响产品质量的因素进行管控,才能保证阀门性能满足使用要求。本文根据核级阀门生产制造的工艺流程,对影响核级阀门制造质量的环节和因素进行识别和分析,并提出科学有效的管控方式,以保证和提高核级阀门的制造过程质量。The nuclear class valve is the medium transportation control equipment with high quantity and frequency used in the nuclear facility and its subsidiary components,and it is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the nuclear facility,would bring potential risks to the safe operation of nuclear facilities.Therefore,the nuclear-class valve product quality must be strong guarantee.Among them,the valve manufacturing process is the key to achieve product design and performance indicators,only to identify the key product quality characteristics in advance,and adopt scientific and effective methods to control the factors affecting product quality to ensure that the valve performance to meet the use requirements.In this paper,the factors affecting the quality of nuclear-grade valves are identified and analyzed according to the technological process of production and manufacture of nuclear-grade valves,and scientific and effective control methods are put forward,to ensure and improve the nuclear class valve manufacturing process quality.
