摘  要:在石油石化行业中,电动阀门已经成为工程项目中不可缺少的重要设备,同时电动阀门在设计、运行、维保等方面出现的问题也随之而来,已在行业内引起普遍关注。为了避免出现电动阀门的阀杆断裂、执行机构与阀体不匹配、执行机构选型等问题,除了要对出现故障的原因进行归纳总结和分析,还需要在设计选型、原材料采购、生产过程中及出厂检验阶段严格把控,从源头上去解决问题。以上措施是目前有效的方法,可以尽可能的避免在运行过程中出现各种事故以及耽误生产。In the petroleum and petrochemical industry,electric valves have become indispensable and important equipment in engineering projects.At the same time,problems in the design,operation,maintenance,and other aspects of electric valves have also emerged,which has attracted widespread attention in the industry.In order to avoid problems such as broken valve stems,mismatched actuators and valve bodies,and selection of actuators in electric valves,in addition to summarizing and analyzing the causes of the faults,strict control is also required during design selection,raw material procurement,production process,and factory inspection stages to solve the problems from the source;The above measures are currently the most effective methods to avoid various accidents during operation,which can delay production as much as possible.
