摘 要:旋挖钻机机锁杆因传递扭矩效率高、加压力大和地层适应性强应用广泛,但操作不当极易发生不能正确进锁和解锁造成带杆、砸杆等严重事故。为了实现钻杆锁点位置的实时检测和显示,便于司钻人员生产操作,作者提出了机锁杆加压锁点可视化系统方案,建立了各杆换层深度与钻杆质量的对应关系,在此基础上搭建了基于西门子S7-200和昆仑通态触摸屏TPC7032的硬件平台,完成了各功能模块的设计开发。通过测试表明,可视化系统能够准确显示各锁点位置,并实现带杆报警,操作简便直观,稳定可靠,具有良好的推广应用价值。The rotary drilling rig locking rods are widely used due to high torque transmission efficiency,high pressurization pressure and strong stratigraphic adaptability,but improper operation is very easy to fail to correctly enter and unlock the rods,resulting in serious accidents such as bringing rods,smashing rods and so on.In order to realize the real-time detection and display of the position of drill pipe locking point,and facilitate operation of the driller,the authors proposed a visualization system scheme of pressure locking point of the machine,established the corresponding relationship between the hole-depth and the quality of drill pipe,built the hardware platform based on S7-200 and TPC7032,and developed each function module.The test shows that the visualization system can accurately display the position of each locking point and make the alarm of bringing rods,with working stable and reliable,easy and intuitive operation.It will be widely promoted and applied.
