摘　　要：数字经济赋能产业转型升级在需求侧、供给侧、成本侧、效益侧、竞争侧和生态侧等多维度驱动力,形成动力变革、效率变革和组织变革等多链联动机制,并经动力驱动路径、效率驱动路径和组织驱动路径,实现产业转型升级及高水平发展。提出坚持基础先行,打造数字赋能型业务流程优化;强化技术引领,构筑数产融合智能制造新支撑;推动产业升级,培育数字化多元平台协同建设;引进数字人才,提供长远智力支持保障新红利等对策建议。The digital economy empowers the transformation and upgrading of industries through multi⁃dimensional driving forces such as demand side,supply side,cost side,benefit side,competition side,and ecological side,forming a multi chain linkage mechanism of power change,efficiency change,and organizational change.Through the power drive path,efficiency drive path,and organizational drive path,industrial transformation and upgrading and high⁃level development are achieved.It is proposed to adhere to the principle of foundation first and create digitally empowered business process optimization;strengthen technological leadership and build new support for integrated digital and industrial intelligent manufacturing;promote industrial upgrading and cultivate collaborative construction of digital multiple platforms;introduce digital talents and provide long⁃term intellectual support to ensure new dividends.
