摘 要:丝素蛋白是一种从家养蚕丝中提取的天然生物材料,具有良好的物理化学性能、机械性能和降解性能,且提取方便,廉价安全,在药物控制支架和组织工程中得到广泛的应用。在周围神经损伤后再生修复与功能重建中,神经导管具有不受伦理限制、有效促进神经轴突再生的特点。应用定向冷冻技术制备丝素蛋白神经导管可以有效促进神经细胞黏附和轴突定向生长。文章对近年丝素蛋白联合定向冷冻技术构建神经导管修复受损周围神经的研究进展进行分析和综述,指出潜在的不足并对丝素蛋白神经导管的未来临床应用进行展望。Sericin protein,a natural biomaterial extracted from domestic silk,has good physicochemical,mechanical,and degradation properties,and is easy,cheap,and safe to extract,and has been widely used in drug⁃controlled scaffolds and tissue engineering.In the process of regenerative repair and functional reconstruction after peripheral nerve injury,nerve conduits have the characteristics of being free from ethical restrictions and effectively promoting nerve axon regeneration.The application of freeze⁃drying technology to prepare nerve conduit based⁃on silk fibroin can effectively promote the adhesion of nerve cells and the directional growth of axons.In this paper,the recent research progress of silk fibroin combined with freeze⁃drying technology to construct nerve conduit for repairing peripheral nerve injury was analyzed and reviewed,the potential shortcomings were pointed out and the future clinical application of fibroin nerve catheter was also prospected.
