摘 要:自制参考源,结合LabSOCS模拟软件的符合相加修正功能,用γ能谱法测量了2019年国际原子能机构(IAEA)全球实验室间比对3个模拟气溶胶滤膜样品中^(134)Cs、^(137)Cs含量,测量结果与IAEA参考值相对偏差<4%。^(134)Cs 5个发射几率较大的能峰符合相加修正系数范围为0.729~0.829;近几何测量时不考虑符合相加修正可能导致结果的偏差>20%;探测效率受滤膜到探测器表面距离影响显著。本文的研究结果对核电厂气载流出物气溶胶样品测量有借鉴意义。Employing self-made radioactive reference source and LabSOCS(Laboratory Sourceless Calibration Software),the radioactivity of^(134)Cs and^(137)Cs of three simulated aerosol filters for IAEA intercomparison were determined byγ-spectrometry in 2019.The relative deviations between the measured results and the IAEA reference values were less than 4%.The coincidence summing correction factors for the five full-energy-peaks with high emission probability of^(134)Cs were from 0.729 to 0.829.Ignoring coincidence summing correction in near geometry configuration may result in a deviation of more than 20%.The detection efficiency was significantly affected by the distance between the sample and the detector.This study can be applied for aerosol filter measurement of airborne effluent from nuclear power plants.
