摘  要:以反式异戊二烯橡胶(TPI)为主体,通过改变TPI和天然橡胶(NR)的质量比制备TPI/NR复合材料。探究了复合材料的硫化性能、力学性能、结晶性能、形状记忆性能及拉伸断面的微观形貌。结果表明,随着TPI/NR复合材料中TPI含量的减少NR含量的增加,复合材料的正硫化时间减少,与TPI相比NR更易硫化;此外复合材料的力学性能、结晶性能及形状记忆性能逐渐降低;当m(TPI)∶m(NR)=70∶30时,复合材料仍拥有良好的形状记忆性能且有较高的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率;扫描电子显微镜测试表明,TPI和NR基体有良好的相容性。Trans-isoprene rubber(TPI)/natural rubber(NR)composites were prepared by varying the mass ratio of TPI and NR using TPI as the main body.The vulcanisation properties,mechanical properties,crystalline properties,shape memory properties and micro-morphology of tensile sections of the composites were investigated.The results show that as the TPI content of the TPI/NR composites decreases and the NR content increases,the positive vulcanisation time of the composites decreases and NR is easier to vulcanise compared to TPI;In addition the mechanical,crystalline and shape memory properties of the composites gradually decrease;when m(TPI)∶m(NR)=70∶30,the composites still have good shape memory properties and high tensile strength and elongation at break;scanning electron microscopy tests show good compatibility between TPI and NR matrix.
