摘　　要：以乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVM)为基体,氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝为阻燃填料,白炭黑、陶土为成瓷填料,低熔点玻璃粉为助熔剂,并添加聚酰亚胺短切纤维(PI短纤)作为增强填料,制备了不同PI短纤含量的可瓷化EVM阻燃复合弹性体材料。研究了在不同PI短纤添加量下EVM复合材料的力学性能、阻燃性能、热稳定性。同时还研究了PI短纤对EVM复合材料硬化及陶瓷化性能的影响。结果表明,在添加PI短纤后,EVM复合材料的拉伸强度有所提高。可瓷化EVM复合弹性体材料在不同温度范围烘烤条件下,材料表现出较好的结构稳定性,并具有较高的弯曲强度,在900℃时材料的弯曲强度最高可达13.12 MPa。通过对复合材料断面扫描电镜分析可以看出EVM复合材料在高温条件下形成较多凝固相,从而实现硬化成瓷。A ceramicizable flame-retardant composite elastomer material based on ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVM)was prepared using Al(OH)3 and Mg(OH)2 as flame retardant fillers,precipitated silica and kaolin as ceramic fillers,and low-melting glass powder as a fluxing agent.Polyimide short-cut fibers(PI short fiber)were added as a reinforcing filler to the EVM composite material with different PI short fiber contents.The mechanical properties,flame retardancy,and thermal stability of the EVM composite materials were studied under different PI short fiber addition amounts.The effect of PI short fibers on the curing and ceramicization properties of EVM composite materials was also investigated.The results showed that the tensile strength of the EVM composite material was improved after adding PI short fibers.The ceramicizable EVM composite elastomer material exhibited good structural stability and had high bending strength under different baking conditions in a certain temperature range.The bending strength of the material was highest and could be up to 13.12 MPa at 900℃.Scanning electron microscopy analysis of the composite material cross-section revealed that more solidified phases were formed at high temperatures,resulting in its ceramicization.
