摘 要:随着现代互联网、通信及人工智能技术的迅猛发展,工业设备的智能化、实时化运行和管理的要求被日渐重视,因此,构建合理的设备运行模型是必要的。基于实验用并联锅炉管束的流动与传热基本特性,本文分析构建了并联管束运行操作时管内工质流动与传热过程的相变模型和动态可视化模型,实现设备虚拟动态的实时展示,对教学机构的科学研究和运维人员的岗前培训、动力锅炉行业的智能化发展具有积极意义。With the rapid development of modern Internet,communication and artificial intelligence technology,the requirements of intelligent and real-time operation and management of industrial equipment are increasingly focused,so it is necessary to build a reasonable equipment operation model.Based on the basic characteristics of flow and heat transfer of the parallel boiler tube bundle used in the experiment,the paper studied and built a phase change model and a virtual visual dynamic model of the working fluid in the tube during the operation and heat transfer of the parallel tube bundle.The model can realized the real-time virtual dynamic display of the equipment,which had a positive significance for the scientific research in teaching institutions,the pre-job training of operation and maintenance staffs,and the intelligent development of the power boiler industry.
