摘  要:以海藻酸钠(SA)为原料、碘酸钠(NaIO_(3))为氧化剂,制备氧化海藻酸钠(OSA),考察了SA浓度、SA与NaIO3的质量比以及氧化时间对氧化度的影响。以OSA作为交联剂,制备了O-羧甲基壳聚糖/氧化海藻酸凝胶(OCMC/OSA GEL),通过体相流变法研究了OSA的氧化度、OSA浓度和OCMC与OSA的质量比(m_(OCMC)/m_(OSA))对凝胶强度的影响。结果表明,通过调整SA与NaIO_(3)的质量比(m_(SA)/m_(NaIO_(3)))、SA浓度、反应温度和反应时间可以精准调控OSA的氧化度。在60oC下,当SA质量浓度为20 g/L、m_(SA)/m_(NaIO_(3))为1/2、反应10 h时,OSA的氧化度最大为89.14%。当OSA的氧化度为89.14%、m_(OCMC)/m_(OSA)为1/1时,制得的OCMC/OSA凝胶具有最大的粘弹性,为860 Pa。在固定OCMC的用量下,随OSA含量增加,凝胶的强度先增加后降低,当OSA含量为90 g/L时,OCMC/OSA凝胶的粘弹性最大,为1800 Pa。结果表明,OCMC/OSA凝胶在凝胶敷料、生物医学材料领域具有广泛应用前景。Sodium alginate(SA)and sodium periodate(NaIO_(3))were used as the raw materials and oxidizing agent,respectively,to prepare oxidized sodium alginate(OSA).The effects of SA concentration,mass ratio of SA to NaIO_(3),and oxidation time on the degree of oxidation(OD)were investigated.O-carboxymethyl chitosan/oxidized sodium alginate gel(OCMC/OSA)was prepared using OSA as a crosslinking agent,and the influence of OSA degree of oxidation,OSA concentration,and OCMC/OSA mass ratio(m_(OCMC)/m_(OSA))on gel strength was studied using the rheological method.The results showed that the degree of oxidation of OSA could be precisely controlled by adjusting the mass ratio of SA to NaIO_(3),SA concentration,reaction temperature,and reaction time.At 60℃,with an SA concentration of 20 g/L,an SA to NaIO_(3) ratio of 1/2,and a reaction time of 10 hours,the maximum degree of oxidation of OSA was found to be 89.14%.When the degree of oxidation of OSA was 89.14%and the m_(OCMC)/m_(OSA) ratio was 1/1,the resulting OCMC/OSA gel exhibited the highest viscoelasticity of 860 Pa.With a fixed Content of OCMC,the viscoelasticity of the gel increased first and then decreased with an increase in OSA content,reaching a maximum of 1800 Pa at an OSA content of 90 g/L.The results indicate that,OCMC/OSA gel has promising applications in wound dressings and biomedical materials.
