摘  要:为了提高海上油田酸化施工作业效率,以盐酸作为基液,通过优选起泡剂和稳泡剂等处理剂,研究出了一套适合海上油田的泡沫缓速酸体系,具体的配方为:20%HCl+0.5%起泡剂PM-11+0.25%稳泡剂WP-102+1.0%纳米二氧化硅+2.5%抗高温缓蚀剂GHJ-1+1.5%铁离子稳定剂TJ-3+2.0%助排剂FP-1。体系综合性能评价结果表明:泡沫缓速酸体系在30~90℃范围内均具有较好的起泡性能,并且其对目标储层段岩屑的溶蚀速率明显低于盐酸体系,缓速性能较好;此外,泡沫缓速酸体系还具有较好的助排性能、防腐蚀性能和铁离子稳定能力,能够满足海上油田酸化作业施工队酸液体系性能的要求。In order to improve the acidizing operation efficiency of offshore oil fields,a set of foam retarded acid system suitable for offshore oil fields was developed by using hydrochloric acid as the base fluid and optimizing foaming agent,foam stabilizer and other treatment agents.The specific formula was determined as follows:20%HCl+0.5%foaming agent PM-11+0.25%foam stabilizer WP-102+1.0%nano silica+2.5%high-temperature corrosion inhibitor GHJ-1+1.5%iron ion stabilizer TJ-3+2.0%cleanup agent FP-1.The comprehensive performance evaluation results of the system showed that the foam retarded acid system had good foaming performance in the range of 30~90℃,and its dissolution rate of cuttings in the target reservoir section was significantly lower than that of the hydrochloric acid system,so the retarding performance was good;In addition,the foam retarded acid system also had good drainage aid performance,anti-corrosion performance and iron ion stability,which met the requirements of acid system performance of offshore oilfield acidizing operation team.
