摘　　要：研究冷轧带钢用无磷安全环保型脱脂剂各组分的脱脂能力及表面活性剂的表面张力、临界胶束浓度对脱脂率的影响,通过单因素试验得到一种环保、易生物降解、低温、高效、对人体无害的脱脂剂产品,避免对环境造成不利影响。The degreasing ability of each component of the phosphorus-free and environmentally friendly degreaser for cold rolled strip steel and the influence of surface tension of surfactants and critical micellar concentration on degreasing rate were studied.Through single factor test,a degreaser product with environmental protection,easy biodegradation,low temperature,high efficiency and no harm to human body was obtained to avoid adverse effects on the environment.
