摘  要:实验以1 mol/L的NaCl溶液为汲取液,以活性染料印染废水、分散染料印染废水为原料液,探究不同染料类型、膜朝向及温度对正渗透性能的影响,以及不同情况下的膜污染情况。正渗透处理两种染料都有很高的水通量;AL-FS模式初始水通量为14.79 L/(m^(2)∙h),COD截留率为98.8%,色度为99.2%。AL-DS模式下分别为17.82 L/(m^(2)∙h)、93.2%和93.9%;温度由15℃升高到35℃,水通量增加了5.6%,COD截留率降低了1.1%,色度截留率降低了1.2%;超声清洗后AL-FS模式下恢复率为94.3%,AL-DS模式下为91.2%。AL-FS模式优于AL-DS,水通量随温度的升高而升高,膜清洗水通量恢复率较高。Taking1 mol·L^(-1) NaCl solution as the drawing solution,and using reactive dye printing and dyeing wastewater and disperse dye printing and dyeing wastewater as the raw material solution,the effects of different dye types,membrane orientation and temperature on the performance of forward osmosiswere investigated,as well as the membrane contamination under different conditions.Both dyestuffs were treated by forward osmosis with high water fluxes;the initial water flux in AL-FS mode was 14.79 L∙(m^(2)∙h)^(-1),the COD retention was 98.8%,and the chromaticity was 99.2%;they were 17.82 L∙(m^(2)∙h)^(-1),93.2%and 93.9%in AL-DS mode,respectively.When the temperature rose from 15℃to 35℃,the water flux increased by 5.6%,the COD rejection rate decreased by 1.1%,and the chromaticity rejection rate decreased by 1.2%.After ultrasonic cleaning,the recovery rate was 94.3%in AL-FS mode and 91.2%in AL-DS mode.AL-FS model was better than AL-DS,and the water flux increased with the increase of temperature,and the recovery rate of membrane cleaning water flux was higher.
