摘  要:以丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、十六烷基丙烯酰胺为单体,自制低聚物为分散剂,氧化还原体系为引发剂合成了高抗盐减阻剂。通过测定聚合物的溶解速度以及不同浓度、不同矿化度条件下的减阻率,来评价合成减阻剂的减阻性能,通过实验可知,高抗盐减阻剂在10%氯化钙条件下具有76%以上的减阻率;通过测定聚合物的交联悬砂性能以及流变性能,来表征压裂液增稠剂的应用效果,通过实验可知,压裂液增稠剂具有优异的悬砂性能,且具有良好的流变性能。A high salt-resistant drag reducer was synthesized by using acrylamide,2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and n-cetylacrylamide as monomers,self-made oligomer as dispersant and redox system as initiator.The drag reduction performance of the synthetic drag reducer was evaluated by measuring the dissolution rate of the polymer and the drag reduction rate under different concentrations and different salinity conditions.The experiment showed that the high salt resistance drag reducer had a drag reduction rate of more than 76%under the condition of 10%calcium chloride.The application effect of the fracturing fluid thickener was characterized by measuring the cross-linking sand suspension performance and rheological properties of the polymer.The experiment showed that the fracturing fluid thickener had excellent sand suspension performance and good rheological properties.
