摘 要:碳化硅陶瓷膜凭借其耐高温、耐腐蚀等优异性能广泛应用于含尘气体处理过程中,但是以碳化硅颗粒为原料制备的陶瓷膜孔隙率低,从而导致其气体渗透率偏小.而陶瓷纤维膜具有高孔隙率及透气性.本研究采用碳化硅纤维制备膜层,通过考察烧结温度、纤维含量、喷涂次数对膜性能的影响,最终在1150℃下制得无缺陷的碳化硅纤维膜,该膜平均孔径为7.0μm,气体渗透率为448 m3/(m^(2)·h·kPa).此外,该膜对PM0.3的截留率高于99.9%,过滤压降低于0.57 kPa,且具有良好的膜基结合力.Silicon carbide(SiC)ceramic membrane is widely used in dust-containing gas treatment process due to its excellent properties such as high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.However,the ceramic membranes prepared from silicon carbide particles has the characteristics of low porosity,resulting in low gas permeance.Ceramic fiber membrane is composed of ceramic fiber,which has good gas permeance and high porosity.In this study,silicon carbide fiber is used to prepare the membrane.Through the investigation of the effects of sintering temperature,content of silicon carbide fiber and spraying times on the properties of the membrane,the defect-free silicon carbide fiber membrane was obtained at the sintering temperature of 1150℃.The average pore diameter of the membrane was 7.0μm and the gas permeance was 448 m3/(m^(2)·h·kPa).In addition,the rejection rate of the membrane to PM0.3 was higher than 99.9%,the filtration pressure drop was less than 0.57 kPa,and had a good membrane-based binding force.
