摘 要:以智能插秧机驱动电机功率分配与参数优化为研究对象,通过试验验证的方式获取电动插秧机作业过程中不同载荷和不同行进速度条件下的牵引力大小数据,并采用数理统计分析算法得出牵引力平均数据。根据插秧机分插机构和方形机构的作业功率需求,对电动插秧机的功率分布进行分析,同时确定各机构的驱动电机与插秧机整体电源需求功率,进一步对插秧机的作业参数进行优化。采用试验的方式获取电动插秧机在不同载荷和不同行进速度条件下的最大作业面积数据,通过数理统计分析算法原理得出插秧机最大作业面积均值数据。试验结果表明:当插秧机行进速度为0.5m/s时,可以获得最大连续作业面积。This paper takes the power distribution and parameter optimization of the driving motor of the intelligent transplanter as the research object,obtains the traction force data under different loads and different travel speeds during the operation of the electric transplanter by means of experimental verification,obtains the average traction force data by using the mathematical statistical analysis algorithm,and according to the operation power demand of the transplanter transplanting mechanism and square mechanism,analyze the power distribution of the electric rice transplanter,determine the power demand of the driving motor of each mechanism and the overall power supply of the rice transplanter,further optimize the operation parameters of the rice transplanter,and obtain the maximum operation area data of the electric rice transplanter under different loads and different traveling speeds by means of experiments,the average data of the maximum working area of the transplanter is obtained by mathematical statistical analysis.The results show that the maximum continuous working area can be obtained when the traveling speed of the transplanter is 0.5m/s.
