摘  要:为提高基质包装自动化程度、降低劳动强度和生产成本,试制了一种小型基质自动包装机。机器可通过PLC可编程控制器控制多台步进电机进行工作,集基质搅拌、定量装填、成型制袋、热封切断等功能为一体,可实现基质包装全程自动化。同时,重点阐述和分析了包装机的关键工作部件设计和工作原理,完成样机试制并进行了包装试验。试验结果表明:整机结构设计合理,运行平稳,包装效果良好,包装速度为42袋/h,包装成功率为98.6%,包装优质率为93.2%,作业质量达到预期设计目标。机器的设计为基质全自动化包装提供了技术参考。In order to improve the automation of matrix packaging and reduce labor intensity and production cost,a small matrix automatic packaging machine is designed.The machine can control multiple stepping motors through the PLC control programmer,integrating substrate mixing,quantitative filling,forming bag making,thermal sealing cutting and other functions,and can realize the whole automation of substrate packaging.This paper expounds and analyzes the key working parts of the packaging machine,completes the three-bit modeling and sample test production of the whole machine,and conducts the packaging test.The test results show that the whole machine has reasonable structure design,smooth operation,good packaging effect,packaging speed,packaging success rate For,the packaging quality rate,the operation quality reaches the expected design target.The design of this machine provides a technical reference for fully automated matrix packaging.
