摘 要:蠕动泵能提供足够能量分液且不与液体接触,使用方便,但其脉动现象造成的原理误差大大降低了分液精度和稳定性。为解决此问题,测量了蠕动泵体积流量,并计算了液枕体积。设计了一款基于八辊子蠕动泵的自动化分液实验平台,探究滴流状态下,加样针口径及不同转速对液滴体积的影响,选取适配的加样针口径,保证单个液滴体积为液枕体积倍数。设计液枕实验与加样针口径实验。实验结果表明,加样针口径对液滴体积影响较大,口径越大液滴体积越大;转速对液滴体积影响较小,随着转速提升,液滴体积略微增大,但相同转速下液滴体积变化小,趋于均匀;采用基于液枕体积离散化的分液控制方法可以提高分液精度和稳定性,标称50μL的偏差不超过±10%,变异系数不超过3%;标称100μL的偏差不超过±5%,变异系数不超过2%,各项指标满足标准《YY/T 1155—2019全自动发光免疫分析仪》,为蠕动泵式高精度自动化分液平台的设计提供了技术保证。The peristaltic pump can provide sufficient energy for liquid separation without contact with the liquid,making it convenient to use.However,the principle error caused by its pulsation phenomenon greatly reduces the accuracy and stability of liquid separation.To solve the problem,the volume flow of the peristaltic pump was measured and the volume of the liquid pillow was calculated.An automated liquid separation experimental platform based on an eightroller peristaltic pump was designed to explore the effects of the caliber of the sampling needle and different rotational speeds on the droplet volume under the trickling state.The appropriate caliber of the sampling needle was selected to ensure that the volume of a single droplet is a multiple of the volume of the liquid pillow.A liquid pillow experiment and a sampling needle caliber experiment were designed.The experimental results show that the caliber of the sampling needle has a great influence on the droplet volume,and the larger the caliber,the larger the droplet volume;the effect of rotational speed on droplet volume is relatively small.As the rotational speed increases,the droplet volume slightly increases,but at the same rotational speed,the droplet volume changes little and tends to be uniform.The liquid separation control method based on discretization of the liquid pillow volume can improve the accuracy and stability of liquid separation.The deviation of the nominal 50μL is less than±10%,and the coefficient of variation is less than 3%.The deviation of the nominal 100μL is less than±5%,the coefficient of variation is less than 2%.And the indicators meet the standard YY/T 1155—2019 Automatic Luminescence Immunoassay Analyzer,which provides a technical guarantee for the design of the peristaltic pump type high-precision automatic liquid separation platform.
