摘 要:基于金纳米花(AuNF)的阵列式表面增强Raman散射(SERS)基底可实现黄瓜中百菌清残留的快速、高灵敏度和高通量检测。首先,通过一步合成法制备AuNF。然后,将AuNF组装在双面离型纸表面,以制备阵列式SERS基底。双面离型纸的疏水特性使AuNF富集,提供丰富的“热点”。以4-巯基苯甲酸(4-MBA)作为Raman信号分子,评估阵列式SERS基底的SERS增强效应,增强因子为4.28×10^(7)。最后,基于阵列式SERS基底对黄瓜中百菌清残留进行检测。该SERS基底可快速检测黄瓜中百菌清残留,无需进行标记或复杂的前处理,其最低检测限(LOD)为5×10^(-9)mol/L。与新制备基底相比,储存15天基底检测相同浓度百菌清的SERS强度仅下降到92.22%,重现性测试的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.38%。并且该方法检测实际样品的结果与气相色谱法检测结果对比无明显差异。阵列式SERS基底表现出良好的灵敏度、稳定性、重现性和实用性,可实现黄瓜中百菌清残留的快速、高灵敏度和高通量检测。Rapid,high sensitivity and high-throughput detection of chlorothalonil residues in cucumber was realized on an arrayed surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)substrate based on Au nanoflowers(AuNFs).Firstly,AuNFs were prepared by a one-step synthesis method,then arrayed SERS substrates were prepared by assembling AuNFs on the surface of double-sided release paper.The hydrophobic property of the double-sided release paper enriches AuNFs and provides abundant"hot spots".The SERS enhancement effect of the arrayed SERS substrate was evaluated by using 4-mercaptobenzoic acid(4-MBA)as a Raman signal molecule.And the enhancement factor is 4.28×10^(7).Finally,chlorothalonil residues in cucumber were detected based on an arrayed SERS substrate.The SERS substrate can rapidly detect chlorothalonil residues in cucumber without labeling or complex pretreatment,and its lowest limit of detection(LOD)is 5×10^(-9) mol/L.Compared with the newly prepared substrate,the SERS intensity of the same concentration of chlorothalonil in the substrate stored for 15 days decrease to 92.22%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the reproducibility test is 1.38%.Moreover,the results of this method for detecting the real samples are not significantly different from those detected by gas chromatography.The arrayed SERS substrate shows good sensitivity,stability,reproducibility and practicality,thus can realize the rapid,high sensitivity and high-throughput detection of chlorothalonil residues in cucumber.
