摘 要:采用固相反应法制备了(Cr_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Ni_(0.2)Cu_(0.2)Zn_(0.2))Fe_(2)O_(4)、(Al_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Ni_(0.2)Cu_(0.2)Zn_(0.2))Fe_(2)O_(4)和(Mn_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Ni_(0.2)Cu_(0.2)Zn_(0.2))Fe_(2)O_(4)三种高熵尖晶石铁氧体材料。采用X射线衍射仪和场发射扫描电子显微镜分别对材料的晶体结构和微观形貌进行了表征,利用矢量网络分析仪测定了材料的电磁参数,并根据传输线理论计算了它们的反射损耗。结果表明,在添加了与正常铁氧体中价态不同的Cr^(3+)、Al^(3+)和Mn^(4+)后,由于高熵效应,材料依然能够形成单相。其中厚度3.4 mm的(Cr_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Ni_(0.2)Cu_(0.2)Zn_(0.2))Fe_(2)O_(4)的有效吸收带宽达到5.5 GHz,最小反射损耗达到-27.7 dB,表明其具有良好的微波吸收性能。高熵尖晶石型铁氧体材料的制备工艺简单,原材料为易于获取的各种氧化物,是一种具有广阔应用前景的吸波材料。Three kinds of high entropy spinel ferrite materials,(Cr_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Ni_(0.2)Cu_(0.2)Zn_(0.2))Fe_(2)O_(4),(Al_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Ni_(0.2)Cu_(0.2)Zn_(0.2))Fe_(2)O_(4)and(Mn_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Ni_(0.2)Cu_(0.2)Zn_(0.2))Fe_(2)O_(4),were prepared by the solid-state reaction method.The crystal structures and micromorphologies of the materials were characterized by X-ray diffractometer and field emission scanning electron microscope,respectively.The electromagnetic parameters of the materials were measured by vector network analyzer,and their reflection losses were calculated based on the transmission line theory.The results indicate that after adding Cr^(3+),Al^(3+)and Mn^(4+)with different valence states compared with normal ferrite,the materials can still form single-phase due to the high entropy effect.Among them,(Mn_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Ni_(0.2)Cu_(0.2)Zn_(0.2))Fe_(2)O_(4)has an effective absorption bandwidth of 5.5 GHz and a minimum reflection loss of-27.7 dB at a thickness of 3.4 mm,indicating good microwave absorption performance.The preparation process of high entropy spinel ferrite materials is simple and the raw materials are readily available oxides,so the high entropy spinel ferrite material is a kind of wave absorbing material with broad application prospect.
