摘 要:近年来受被交高速公路、普通国省道、乡村道路、铁路、通航河道等各种因素的控制,平原区高速公路平均填土普遍大于5 m,高速公路建设需要大量土方,但是根据自然资源部、农业农村部相关通知,严禁占用永久基本农田,而平原区基本农田广泛分布,就近取土修建高速的方式是不可行的,取土方案成为制约项目建设的主要控制因素,涉及到项目的进度以及工程造价。本文通过路基、挡墙、常规桥梁、桩板桥各种工程方案的对比,选择合理的工程方案。并总结平原区高速项目取土方法为解决平原区高速公路取土方案提供一定的借鉴。In recent years,under the control of various factors such as expressways,ordinary national and provincial roads,rural roads,railways,navigable rivers,etc.,the average filling of expressways in plain areas is generally greater than 5 meters,and the construction of expressways requires a large amount of earthwork.However,according to the relevant notices of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,it is strictly prohibited to occupy permanent basic farmland,while the basic farmland in plain areas is widely distributed,so it is not feasible to take soil nearby to build expressways,The soil borrowing scheme has become the main control factor restricting the construction of the project,involving the progress of the project and the project cost.Through the comparison of various engineering schemes of subgrade,retaining wall,conventional bridge and pile-sheet bridge,this paper selects a reasonable engineering scheme.It also summarizes the soil borrowing methods of high-speed projects in plain areas to provide some reference for solving the soil borrowing scheme of expressway in plain areas.
