摘 要:暗挖地铁车站施工竖井特点是开挖深度较深,井口平面规整且规模较小。上软下硬复合地层条件下,地铁竖井采用单一支护形式施工难度较大,竖井变形难以控制。为此,以青岛地铁某在建暗挖车站施工竖井为载体,对上软下硬复合地层条件下地铁施工竖井支护体系进行研究。根据竖井周边环境及地质情况,该竖井上部软弱土层采用灌注桩+混凝土环框梁,下部硬岩采用倒挂井壁法进行锚喷支护,该种支护体系为青岛地区首次采用。利用有限元分析竖井变形及监测数据,结果表明,上软下硬复合地层条件下,该支护体系施工难度较小,经济性较好,具有较高应用推广价值。The characteristics of underground excavation of subway station construction shafts are deep excavation depth,regular wellhead plan,and small scale.in Hard-SoftHeteroge Neous Ground,it is difficult to construct subway shafts using a single support form,and the deformation of the shafts is difficult to control.to this end,using a construction shaft of a underground excavation station under construction in Qingdao Metro as a carrier.Tu Design the Subway Shaft Support System in Hard-SoftHeteroge Neous Ground.according to the surrounding environment and geological conditions of the shaft,The upper soft soil layer of the shaft adopts cast-in-place piles and concrete Annular type-beam,shaft wall method in the bottom hard rock adopes anchor-plate retaining.This support system is the first to be adopted in the Qingdao area.Using Finite Element Analysis to Analyze Vertical Shaft Deformation and Monitoring Data,The results indicate that the construction difficulty of this support system is relatively small,and its economy is good,which has high application and promotion value.in Hard-SoftHeteroge Neous Ground.
