超脉冲点阵CO_(2)激光联合曲安奈德湿敷治疗增生性瘢痕的疗效及美观度观察

摘　　要：目的:探究超脉冲点阵CO_(2)激光联合曲安奈德湿敷对增生性瘢痕患者的疗效及美观度观察。方法:选取2021年9月-2022年1月在笔者医院治疗的60例增生性瘢痕患者,按照单双号法将其随机分成实验组和对照组,各30例。实验组采用超脉冲点阵CO_(2)激光联合曲安奈德湿敷进行治疗,对照组采用曲安奈德湿敷进行治疗。比较治疗后两组疗效,治疗前后瘢痕状态[温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分]与疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)],分析两组在治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:两组临床疗效分别为实验组90.00%、对照组76.67%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组VSS评分、VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组VSS、VAS评分指标较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且实验组较对照组更低(P<0.05);实验组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为9.99%与23.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超脉冲点阵CO_(2)激光联合曲安奈德湿敷治疗增生性瘢痕疗效确切,能有效改善瘢痕状态、减轻患处疼痛,且疗法安全性良好,适宜在临床推广使用。Objective To explore the efficacy and aesthetic degree of ultra-pulsed fractional carbon dioxide laser(UFCL)combined with triamcinolone acetonide wet compress on patients with hypertrophic scar.Methods 60 patients with hypertrophic scar who were treated in the hospital from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the odd-even number method,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with UFCL combined with triamcinolone acetonide wet compress,and the control group was given triamcinolone acetonide wet compress.The efficacy after treatment and scar status[Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)]and pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)]before and after treatment were compared both groups,and the adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment were analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy in the two groups was 90.00%in experimental group and 76.67%in control group,and there was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VSS scores and VAS score between both groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VSS scores and VAS score in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores were lower in experimental group than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in experimental group was 9.99%and that in control group was 23.34%(P<0.05).Conclusion UFCL combined with triamcinolone acetonide wet compress has an exact efficacy in the treatment of hypertrophic scar,and it can effectively improve the scar status and relieve the pain in the affected area,and the therapy is safe and suitable for clinical promotion and application.
