基于思维导图的手术室多元文化护理对烫伤植皮患儿围手术期治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于思维导图的手术室多元文化护理对烫伤患儿围手术期治疗效果的影响。方法:纳入2020年9月-2022年8月笔者医院烧伤整形科收治的107例烫伤患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=53)和观察组(n=54),对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组采用基于思维导图下的手术室多元文化护理,治疗结束后比较两组患儿术中出血量、术后苏醒时间、术后寒战、水疱、溃疡发生情况、术后10 d创面愈合率、焦虑抑郁情绪、护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿术中出血量少于对照组,术后苏醒时间短于对照组,创面愈合率高于对照组,并发症(寒战、水疱、溃疡)发生率低于对照组,焦虑、抑郁程度评分低于对照组,护理总满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于思维导图的手术室多元文化护理能够提高烫伤患儿围手术期的治疗效果,改善焦虑抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the influence of multicultural nursing in operating room based on mind mapping on perioperative treatment of children with scald.Methods A total of 107 children with scald admitted to the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery of author's hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were included as research objects,and were divided into control group(n=53)and observation group(n=54)by random number table method.The control group received conventional operating room nursing,and the observation group received multicultural nursing in operating room based on mind mapping.After treatment,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative recovery time,postoperative chills,blisters,ulcer occurrence,wound healing rate 10 days after surgery,anxiety and depression,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of children in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the postoperative recovery time was shorter than that in the control group,the wound healing rate was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complications(shivering,blisters,ulcers)was lower than that in the control group,the anxiety and depression scores were lower than those in the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multicultural nursing in the operating room based on mind mapping can improve the perioperative therapeutic effect,improve anxiety and depression,and improve nursing satisfaction of children with scald.
