摘  要:针对出厂局部放电试验中某台1000 kV特高压变压器中压绕组局部放电严重超标的问题,对试验现象、故障位置、放电路径及压板解体检查情况进行分析,确定局部放电超标的原因为Ⅱ柱绕组上压板内部存在气隙。对Ⅱ柱高压、中压、低压绕组及相应绝缘件进行更换,消除试验异常因素,完成变压器出厂试验复试和现场特殊交接试验,为特高压变压器局部放电试验异常分析和处理提供参考。In allusion to the problem of severe over-standard partial discharge in the medium voltage winding of a 1000 kV ultra-high voltage transformer during the factory partial discharge test,the test phenomenon,fault location,discharge path and the disas-sembly inspection situation of the pressing plate are analyzed.It is determined that the cause of over-standard partial discharge is the presence of air gaps imside the upper pressing plate of windings on theⅡcolumn.The high-voltage,medium-voltage and low-voltage windings on theⅡcolumn and the corresponding insulation parts are replaced so as to eliminate the factors that cause experimental anomaly.The transformer factory test retest and on-site special handover test are completed,providing refer-ence for the analysis and treatment of abnormal partial discharge test of ultra-high voltage transformers.
