摘  要:电力变压器故障会对电力系统造成不良影响,针对某110kV变电站1号主变压器发生故障造成停运的事故,试验人员进行了绕组变形试验、绝缘电阻试验、介质损耗试验、直流电阻试验和变压器油色谱试验等多项电气试验,将试验数据进行比较分析,并对套管进行解体检查,确定事故原因为套管引线绝缘受潮。提出该事故的预防措施,为变电站主变压器绝缘故障的处理提供参考。Power transformer faults can have adverse effects on the power system.In allusion to the accident causing the shutdown of No.1 main transformer in a 110 kV substation,test personnel conduct several electrical tests,including winding deformation test,insulation resistance test,dielectric loss test,DC resistance test,and transformer oil chromatography test,the test data are compared and analyzed,the disassembly inspection of the bushing is carried out,and it is determined that the cause of the accident is the dis-charge caused by the dampness of the bushing lead insulation.Preventive measures for this accident are proposed,providing refer-ence for the handling of insulation failures of main transformers in substations.
