数字技术创新对制造业绿色转型的影响研究——基于长江经济带和黄河经济带的比较

摘　　要：以2010—2020年长江经济带和黄河经济带19个省份为研究对象,运用SBM模型和熵权法分别测度经济带制造业绿色转型和数字技术创新水平,通过固定效应模型、中介模型和门槛模型分析数字技术创新影响制造业绿色转型的作用机制。结果表明:数字技术创新对长江经济带制造业绿色转型有促进作用,对黄河经济带表现为抑制作用。其中,优化绿色创新投入和提高绿色创新产出是数字技术创新影响长江经济带制造业绿色转型的作用渠道,但该作用机制在黄河经济带不显著。此外,数字技术创新对制造业绿色转型的作用还受到环境规制水平和制造业规模的影响,存在地区异质性。Taking 19 provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and Yellow River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2020 as the research object,the SBM model and entropy weight method were used to calculate the level of green transformation and digital technology innovation in the manufacturing industry of the economic belt.An empirical analysis was conducted on the mechanism by which digital technology innovation affects the green transformation of the manufacturing industry through fixed effect models,intermediary models,and threshold models.The results indicate that:Digital technology innovation has a promoting effect on the green transformation of manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,while it has a restraining effect on the Yellow River Economic Belt;Among them,optimizing green innovation and output is the channel through which digital technology innovation affects the green transformation of manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,but this mechanism is not significant in the Yellow River Economic Belt;In addition,the role of digital technology innovation in the green transformation of the manufacturing industry is also influenced by the level of environmental regulations and the scale of the manufacturing industry,resulting in regional heterogeneity.
