摘　　要：在系统梳理高质量发展评价指标体系的基础上,以新发展理念为准则层构建河南省高质量发展评价指标体系,刻画2005—2020年河南省各市高质量发展水平的时空演变特征,并利用地理探测器探讨其驱动因素。结果表明:2005—2020年河南省高质量发展水平呈快速上升趋势,由2005年的0.08增至2020年的0.94。18个城市的高质量发展水平具有明显的空间异质性,呈以郑州为中心的辐射状分布。郑州的高质量发展水平处于第一梯度,洛阳、三门峡、济源为第二梯度,其他城市处于第三梯度,在时间序列上波动不明显。城市协调维度的发展指数(0.07~0.15)最大,创新维度的发展指数(0~0.04)最小。高质量发展水平在准则层上的耦合协调度具有显著异质性,大部分城市为结构性欠协调状态。经济产出与结构、投资与政策对全省高质量发展水平有显著的影响作用。Based on a systematic review of the evaluation index system for high quality development,the study constructed an evaluating system of high quality development in Henan Province using new development principles.Thus spatiotemporal characteristics and driving factors of high quality development index in Henan during 2005—2020 were described based on Geodetector.The results were as follows:high quality development index of Henan Province showed a rapid growth trend from 0.08 in 2005 to 0.94 in 2020.High quality development indices of 18 cities had obvious spatial heterogeneity,presented a radical distribution centered on Zhengzhou.High quality development index of Zhengzhou was in the first gradient,Luoyang,Sanmenxia and Jiyuan were in the second gradient,and the other cities were basically in the third gradient,with no obvious fluctuation during the study period.High quality development indices at the level of coordinated development were the highest(0.07~0.15),and innovation dimension(0~0.04)owned the lowest values.High quality development indices on criteria of most cities were in structural uncoordinated states with significant heterogeneity.GDP and economic structure,investment and policy had a significant role in promoting high quality development in Henan.
