区域共享型大健康设施时空格局演变及机制解析——以武汉都市圈为例

摘　　要：基于共享型大健康设施POI数据,采用熵权法、协同区位熵等方法,刻画2010—2022年武汉都市圈共享型大健康设施时空演变特征及其服务水平空间动态演化过程,揭示社会经济发展、人口属性、交通等因素对共享型大健康设施时空格局演变的影响变化。结果表明:(1)武汉都市圈共享型大健康设施空间分布不均衡,呈现“中心圈层+外围组团”的空间分布结构。共享型大健康设施的重心向西南偏移且呈现轴带化发展状态,其空间分布的总体格局一致。(2)共享型大健康设施网络密度加强,网络联系性质演化特征明显。文化与体育设施处于强联系的地位;医院与康养设施的联系强度逐步提高;医疗设施在整体网络体系中具有较强独立性。(3)2010—2022年共享型大健康设施服务水平均有所上升,但空间分异趋势显著;共享型大健康设施服务水平的时空演化格局主要是人口、经济、政策及交通因子相互作用的结果。不同时期不同共享型大健康设施服务水平的影响因子及解释力具有显著差异。By utilizing POI data of shared comprehensive health facilities and employing methods such as entropy weight method,this study investigates the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of shared comprehensive health facilities in the Wuhan Metropolitan Area from 2010 to 2022.Moreover,the spatial dynamic evolution process of service level is described,highlighting the significance of rational spatial arrangement in improving the health of residents and promoting urban sustainable development.The study examines the impact and changes of various factors such as social and economic development,population demographics.The results are as followings:(1)The spatial distribution of shared comprehensive health facilities in the Wuhan Metropolitan Area is uneven,characterized by a“central circle layer+peripheral group”spatial structure.The center of gravity of shared comprehensive health facilities has shifted towards the southwest and is characterized by an axial development.The overall spatial distribution pattern remains consistent,with the facilities being distributed in a northwest-southeast direction.(2)The network density of shared comprehensive health facilities has increased,and the evolution characteristics of network connections are evident.Cultural facilities and sports facilities are strongly connected.The connection strength between hospitals and health care facilities is gradually strengthening.Medical facilities exhibit a high level of independence in the shared comprehensive health facility network system.(3)The temporal evolution and spatial distribution of the service level of shared comprehensive health facilities are primarily the outcome of the interplay among population,economy,policy,and transportation.The influencing factors and explanatory power of the service level of various shared comprehensive health facilities differ significantly across different periods.
