摘　　要：通过一种新型清洗剂FD-609进行陶瓷过滤板清洗试验,试验结果表明:该新药剂配制浓度为7.2%左右时清洗效果和成本与硝酸相当。FD-609清洗剂可以代替硝酸作为陶瓷过滤板清洗剂,解决硝酸在生产过程带来的安全隐患,实现安全环保生产,值得在矿山推广应用。A cefamic filter plate cleaning test was conducted using a new cleaning agent FD-609,the test results show that the cleaning effect and cost of the new agent are comparable to nitric acid when the preparation concentration is about 7.2%.The FD-609 cleaning agent can replace nitric acid as ceramic filter plate cleaning agent,solve the safety risks caused by nitric acid in the production process and achieve safe and environmental protection production,which is worthy promoting and applying in mines.
