摘 要:目的:对我国优秀残疾人羽毛球运动员肩袖损伤的康复体能训练方案和效果进行研究和总结。方法:根据运动员伤病情况和康复目标,设计为期18周共4个阶段的康复体能训练方案并予以实施。整个康复训练期间,通过多次肩关节活动度测试、等速肌力测试、UCLA肩关节功能评分量表、视觉模拟疼痛评分量表,评价各阶段的康复训练效果。结果:通过针对性康复体能训练,运动员疼痛基本消失,疼痛改善率达到85.7%。右肩关节活动度恢复至正常范围,但屈伸、内外旋活动度与左肩相差3°和2°。右侧肩关节功能恢复良好,与左侧相比几无差异。右侧肩关节肌力明显提高,肩关节内旋/外旋力矩比值达到1.28,比值更趋于合理,但前屈、外展最大力矩与左侧仍有26.1%和28.5%的差距。结论:通过18周康复体能训练,运动员右侧肩关节功能、活动度恢复良好,疼痛感显著降低,但右侧肩关节周围肌力与左侧相比尚有一定差距,后期需继续加强右侧肩部肌肉力量训练。Objective:The rehabilitation physical training program and effects of rotator cuff injury for Chinese elite disabled badminton players are studied and summarized.Methods:An 18-week rehabilitation physical training program divided into four phases was designed and implemented according to the athletes’injury conditions and rehabilitation goals.During the whole rehabilitation training period,the effects of rehabilitation training at each stage were evaluated by multiple shoulder range of motion tests,isokinetic muscle strength tests,UCLA Shoulder Joint Function Rating Scale,and Visual Analogue Scale.Results:Through targeted rehabilitation physical training,athlete’s pain basically disappeared,and the pain improvement rate reached 85.7%.The range of motion of the right shoulder joint restored to the normal range,but the range of motion of flexion and extension,internal and external rotation were still different from the left shoulder by 3°and 2°.The function of the right shoulder joint recovered well,there was little difference compared with the left side.The muscle strength of the right shoulder joint was significantly improved,and the ratio of internal/external rotation torque of the shoulder joint reached 1.28,which was more reasonable,but the maximum torque of forward flexion and abduction were still 26.1%and 28.5%different from that of the left side.Conclusions:After 18 weeks of rehabilitation physical training,the athlete’s right shoulder joint function and range of motion recover well,and the pain is significantly reduced,but there is still a certain gap between the muscle strength around the right shoulder and the left side,and the right shoulder muscle strength training should be continued in the later stage.
