摘 要:目的:为探究功能性力量与血流限制整合训练对足球运动员膝关节等速肌力、相关生理指标及体能素质的影响。方法:14名男子足球运动员分为整合组(n=7)和对照组(n=7),整合组进行功能性力量组合血流限制训练,对照组进行功能性力量训练。实验干预开始前进行前测,8周后进行后测。比较实验前、后等速肌力、速度、爆发力、灵敏素质以及最大无氧功率和下肢围度等生理指标变化。结果:1)8周训练干预后,整合组和对照组膝关节60°/s角速度等速峰力矩显著增强(P<0.05),增幅优于对照组。2)整合组最大无氧功率、平均无氧功率、下肢围度等生理指标显著增加(P<0.05)。3)整合组在爆发力、速度素质测试均出现显著性差异(P<0.05),提升幅度优于对照组;但T灵敏测试,整合组和对照组均未产生明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:功能性力量与血流限制整合训练可以提高足球运动员无氧能力、等速肌力、速度、爆发力等素质,并有效促进肌肉肥大,训练效果优于功能性力量训练,但灵敏素质未见显著变化。Objective:To explore the effects of integrated training of functional strength and blood flow restriction on knee isokinetic muscle strength,related physiological indexes,and physical quality of male football players.Methods:Fourteen male football players were recruited and randomly divided into the integration group(n=7)and the control group(n=7).The integration group underwent functional strength training with blood flow restriction,while the control group underwent functional strength training without restriction.A pre-test was conducted prior to the experimental intervention,followed by a post-test 8 weeks later.The changes of isokinetic muscle strength,velocity,explosive force,agility,maximum anaerobic power,and lower limb circumference were compared before and after the intervention.Results:1)After 8 weeks of training intervention,the 60°/s angular velocity peak torque of the knee joint in both groups significantly increased(P<0.05),and the increase rate was better than that in the control group.2)Physiological indexes such as maximum anaerobic power,average anaerobic power,and lower limb circumference were significantly increased in the integration group(P<0.05).3)There were significant differences in explosiveness quality and speed quality tests in the integration group(P<0.05),with a greater improvement compared to the control group;However,there were no significant changes in T agility test results for both groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The integrated training functional strength and blood flow restriction can enhance the anaerobic capacity,isotonic muscle strength,speed,explosive power,and muscle hypertrophy of football players.The training effects of the integrated training is better than that of functional strength training alone,but there is no significant change in agility quality.
