摘  要:针对毁伤评估及引战配合仿真中引信炸点测量数据缺乏的问题,提出了一种光幕阵列配合炸点火焰探测原理的近炸引信炸点坐标测量方法。使用2台三光幕探测器和1台单光幕探测器构成7光幕阵列,当带有近炸引信的弹丸穿过光幕阵列的所有探测幕面时,光幕阵列系统可测量得到弹丸的飞行速度、弹丸飞行速度方向的俯仰角、方位角和弹丸的着靶坐标,弹丸在炸点火焰探测器视场内爆炸时,便可利用爆炸时刻值进一步计算得到近炸引信空间炸点三维坐标。依据多光幕阵列测量原理和布置的光幕阵列建立了炸点坐标曲线测量模型,并对炸点坐标测量误差进行了仿真和分析,通过误差仿真得到的炸点三维坐标的最大测量误差分别为7.81 mm,11.66 mm和9.817 mm。模拟实弹实验炸点三维坐标的最大测量误差分别为5.9 mm,8.2 mm和8.4 mm,与理论仿真结果一致,验证了所建立测量模型的可行性和准确性。本文研究的测量方法可实现近炸引信弹丸在终点弹道段受到空气阻力和重力影响下的炸点坐标的测量,该测量方法完全满足近炸引信空间炸点三维坐标的测量需求。Aiming at the problem of lack of measurement data of proximity fuze explosion point in damage assessment and simulation of initiation and combat cooperation,a method for measuring the coordinates of the projectile explosion point based on the light screen array and the principle of flame detection was proposed.A seven light screen array was achieved by two triple light screen detectors and one single light screen detector.When the projectile with the proximity fuze passes through all the detection screens of the light screen array,the light screen array system can measure the flight speed,the pitch angle and azimuth angle in the direction of the projectile speed and target coordinates of the projectile,when the projectile explodes in the field of view of the explosion point flame detector,the three-dimensional coordinates of the explosion point in the projectile space can be further calculated according the explosion time.According to the measurement principle of multi-curtain array and the arrangement of the light screen array,the explosion point coordinate measurement model was established,and the measurement error of the explosion point coordinate measurement was simulated and analyzed.The maximum measurement errors of the three-dimensional coordinates are 7.81 mm,11.66 mm and 9.817 mm.Through the simulated live ammunition experiment data,the maximum measurement errors of the three-dimensional coordinates of the explosion point are 5.9 mm,8.2 mm and 8.4 mm,which are consistent with the theoretical simulation results,verified the feasibility and accuracy of the established measurement model.The method studied in this paper can realize the measurement of explosion point coordinates of proximity fuze projectile under the influence of air drag acceleration and gravity acceleration in the terminal trajectory,this method fully meets the measurement requirements of the three-dimensional coordinates of the explosion point in the proximity fuze space.
