摘 要:为研究制式弹药侵彻毁伤冻土的过程,进行了弹丸侵彻冻土实验,制备了不同温度的冻土靶板试样并采用56式步枪进行实弹射击试验。实验结果表明:冻土材料具有明显的温度效应,随温度降低,冻土靶板强度显著增强,弹丸在冻土靶板中侵彻深度随之降低;温度对于弹丸侵彻深度与弹道轨迹影响较大,弹丸在常温状态下土壤靶板中翻转现象较为严重,而在冻土靶板中弹丸姿态保持较好,未出现翻转。利用有限元计算软件对弹丸侵彻冻土材料进行仿真计算,分析了冻土温度和含水率对侵彻能力的影响,得到了弹丸侵彻能力与温度和含水率的关系式。仿真结果表明:弹丸侵彻深度随冻土温度的降低而线性降低;冻土含水率的增大先减小后增大。To study the process of standard ammunition penetrating and damaging permafrost,the experiment of penetration permafrost was carried out.Frozen soil target plate samples at different temperatures was prepared and live fire tests of Type 56 rifle was carried out.It was found that frozen soil has significant temperature effects,and temperature has a important impact on the penetration depth and ballistic of the projectile.With the decrease of temperature,the strength of the frozen soil target plate significantly increases,and the penetration depth of the projectile in the frozen soil target plate decreases,accordingly.The projectile flipping phenomenon is more severe in the soil target plate at room temperature,while the projectile maintains good posture in the frozen soil target plate without flipping.Numerical simulation was conducted for projectile penetration into permafrost materials,and the calculation model and parameters were validated based on experimental results.The effects of temperature and moisture content on the penetration ability were studied.Simulation results show that the penetration depth is linearly related to temperature,and as the temperature decreases,the penetration depth also decreases.The penetration depth decreases first and then increases with the increase of moisture content.
