摘 要:采用电沉积技术将磁性石墨烯修饰至电极表面,制得稳定磁性石墨烯修饰电极。以DNOP为模板分子,多巴胺为聚合单体,采用电聚合技术将DNOP印迹至磁性石墨烯修饰电极表面,制备可控DNOP分子印迹电化学传感器。电化学性能研究表明印迹传感器对DNOP具有高选择性、识别性和高灵敏度。电化学传感器应用于实际环境样品湖水中DNOP的检测,回收率为93.9%~105.2%。By using electrodeposition technology,magnetic graphene is first modified onto the electrode surface to prepare a stable magnetic graphene modified electrode.Using DNOP as the template molecule and dopamine as the polymerization monomer,DNOP was imprinted onto the surface of a magnetic graphene modified electrode using electro polymerization technology to prepare a DNOP molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor.Electrochemical performance studies have shown that imprinted sensors have high selective recognition and sensitivity for DNOP.The electrochemical sensor was applied to detect DNOP in actual environmental samples of lake water,with a recovery rate of 93.9%to 105.2%.
