摘 要:自拉曼光谱发现至今,拉曼光谱仪器和技术不断发展进步。新激光源的引入,全息光栅、电荷耦合阵列探测器和高效瑞利谱线抑制滤波器的发展,表面增强拉曼光谱等的扩展,以及便携式拉曼光谱仪的出现,使得拉曼光谱已经成为相当成熟的分析技术。协同密度泛函理论等手段,拉曼光谱为法庭科学工作者鉴定相关物质结构和成分提供了有力支持。本文介绍了拉曼光谱的原理与发展及其在法庭科学中的应用。Since its discovery,Raman spectroscopy has continuously advanced with the development of instruments and techniques.The introduction of new laser sources,the development of holographic gratings,charge-coupled array detectors,and efficient Rayleigh line suppression filters have expanded the capabilities of Raman spectroscopy,including surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy.Additionally,the emergence of portable Raman spectrometers has made Raman spectroscopy a mature analytical technique.Raman spectroscopy,along with techniques such as density functional theory,provides strong support for forensic identification of substance structures and compositions.This article introduces the principles and development of Raman spectroscopy,as well as its applications in forensic medicine.
