摘　　要：宫颈癌是危害女性健康乃至生命的恶性肿瘤,目前尚无治愈药物。近年来,苗药地稔因在民间治疗妇科疾病有较好疗效而备受研究者的关注。通过检索地稔中具有抗宫颈癌活性的化学成分,并对该类成分的抗宫颈肿瘤实验模型、作用机制、相关基因蛋白及信号转导通路变化等多方面进行综合分析、总结,为深入研究地稔防治宫颈癌机制及新药开发提供参考与依据。Cervical cancer is harmful to women's health and life of malignant tumor,there is no cure.In recent years,Miao Medicine Melastoma dodecandrum has attracted much attention because of its good curative effect on gynecological diseases.The article retrieves the chemical constituents of Melastoma dodecandrum with anti-cervical cancer activity,and the experimental models,mechanism of action,related gene proteins and signal transduction pathways change of these constituents were comprehensively analyzed and summarized,which provides reference and basis for further research on the mechanism of Melastoma dodecandrum against cervical cancer and the development of new drugs.
