黔产何首乌品质研究初探

摘　　要：目的:鉴定铜仁产与贵州省内相关生何首乌与制何首乌的品质,从而确定本省何首乌药材的质量情况。方法:参照2020版《中国药典》一部何首乌、制首乌中方法。结果:铜仁产生何首乌二苯乙烯苷含量为3.04%~4.48%;铜仁产生何首乌结合蒽醌的含量为0.031%~0.120%;铜仁产制何首乌二苯乙烯苷含量为2.79%~3.65%;铜仁产制何首乌游离蒽醌含量为0.023%~0.0383%。结论:确定了贵州铜仁产生何首乌的品质较好,而由于自身加工工艺的原因导致铜仁制何首乌的品质按药典标准评价则较差。Objective:To identify the quality of Polygonum multiflorum related to Tongren production and Guizhou Province.Methods:Referring to the content determination method under the items of Polygonum multiflorum and Zhishouwu in the 2020 edition of"Chinese Pharmacopoeia",high performance liquid chromatography was used for determination,with stilbene glycosides,emodin and rhubarb methyl ether as reference substances.Contents of bound anthraquinone and free anthraquinone based on the total amount of emodin and rhubarb methyl ether.Results:The content of Polygonum stilbene glycosides produced in Tongren was 3.04%~4.48%.The content of Polygonum multiflorum combined with anthraquinones produced in Tongren was 0.031%~0.120%.The stilbene glycosides content of Polygonum multiflorum is 2.79%~3.65%.The free anthraquinone content of Polygonum multiflorum is 0.023%~0.0383%.Conclusion:The quality of Polygonum multiflorum in Tongren is better through the comparison of the measurement and the collected samples,but the quality of Polygonum multiflorum produced in Tongren may be poor due to its own processing technology.
