摘　　要：汽轮机转速是机组运行控制的重要指标之一,转速波动会严重威胁机组的安全运行。本文以中国石化某公司110万t/a乙烯装置丙烯机系统为研究对象,通过剖析实际生产案例,对丙烯制冷压缩机在运行过程中出现转速波动的原因进行分析和探讨,并提出了有针对性的操作建议,以确保重大机组长周期安全运行。Turbine speed is one of the important indicators for unit operation control,and speed fluctuations can seriously threaten the safe operation of the unit.This article takes the propylene compressor system of a 1100 kt/a ethylene plant in a Sinopec company as the research object,analyzing the causes of rotational speed fluctuations in the operation of propylene refrigeration compressors through discussing actual production cases.And targeted operational suggestions are proposed to ensure long-term safe operation of major units.
