摘  要:为了消除空分氧气管线安全阀先导阀的泄漏,研究了先导式安全阀的结构和工作原理,从安全和运行两个方面分析了泄漏的风险;介绍了监护运行存在的风险、关注要点和应急处置思路;最后对比分析了部分停车和不停车交付检修的优劣,并对不停车处置这一全新处理思路从风险分析与应对措施、工艺交出过程等环境进行了详细的介绍。在消除了风险的同时,也节约了4 h的开车成本,取得了一定的经济效益。In order to eliminate the leakage of the pilot valve of the safety valve in the oxygen pipeline of air separation unit,the structure and working principle of the pilot safety valve were studied,and the leakage risk was analyzed from two aspects of safety and operation.The existing risks,key points of concern and emergency disposal ideas of monitoring operation are introduced;Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of partial shutdown and non shutdown delivery for maintenance are compared and analyzed,and the new treatment idea of non shutdown disposal is introduced in detail from the aspects of risk analysis and countermeasures,process handover process and other environments.While eliminating the risk,it also saves 4 hours of driving cost and achieves certain economic benefits.
