摘  要:随着我国数字化管道建设的不断推进,对管道数据的应用要求越来越高,目前挖掘管道数据深度价值的应用案例相对较少。针对管道数据存在关联性不强、利用率低等问题,本文基于国内冻土区埋地管道最完整长周期多元监测数据,对漠大一线融沉风险段开展分析及安全评价,从时间尺度和空间尺度分析了融沉风险段管道力学状态和土壤温度场的变化规律及发展趋势,探明了最危险的监测管段,给出了合理的管道运维建议。得到主要结论如下:基于多元数据对管道的安全状态进行评价是一种行之有效的方法;管道的沉降量受到大气温度和土壤含冰量的综合影响,管周土壤含冰量较多地段,管道应力值相应较大;目前漠大一线全线处于安全可控状态,但需长期跟踪监测管道状态的变化,并预先做好维修及处置方案。With the continuous advancement of digital pipeline construction in China,the application requirements for pipeline data are getting higher and higher.At present,there are relatively few application cases for mining the deep value of pipeline data.In view of the problems of weak correlation and low utilization rate of pipeline data,based on the most complete long-period multi-source monitoring data of buried pipelines in permafrost regions in China,this paper analyzes and evaluates the risk section of thaw settlement in Moda line,analyzes the variation law and development trend of pipeline mechanical state and soil temperature field in the risk section of thaw settlement from time scale and space scale,finds out the most dangerous monitoring section,and gives reasonable suggestions for pipeline operation and maintenance.The main conclusions are as follows:it is an effective method to evaluate the safety status of pipelines based on multi-source data;the settlement of the pipeline is affected by the combined effect of atmospheric temperature and soil ice content.The stress value of the pipeline is larger in the area with more ice content in the soil around the pipeline.At present,the whole line is in a safe and controllable state,but it is necessary to track and monitor the change of pipeline state for a long time,and make maintenance and disposal plan in advance.
