色酚AS-BS蒸馏废水处理实验研究

摘  要:用氯苯作为溶剂,2-羟基-3萘甲酸与间硝基苯胺在三氯化磷作用下合成色酚AS-BS,生成的色酚须在蒸馏釜中用水蒸气蒸馏出氯苯,让色酚AS-BS分散至水相中。因色酚AS-BS合成所需的间硝基苯胺具有溶于水的特征。蒸馏水呈黄色,此含硝基苯胺的废水,不能直接生化处理,同时浓度较低,浓缩处理的经济性差,不利于下步废水治理,须进行预处理。本文方法经萃取处理后,色度和COD得到极大改善,可对预处理后的此股低浓度污水直接生化处理,并回收了间硝基苯胺,具有良好的经济和环境效益。Using chlorobenzene as a solvent,2-hydroxy-3 naphthalic acid and m-nitroaniline were used to synthesize naphthol AS-BS under the action of phosphorus trichloride.The Naphtholl was distilled by water vapor in the distillation kettle,and the Naphtholl AS-BS was dispersed into the aqueous phase.Due to the water solubility of m-nitroaniline required for the synthesis of naphthol AS-BS,while distilled water is yellow,the wastewater containing nitroaniline cannot be directly treated through biochemical treatment.At the same time,due to its low concentration,the economy of concentration treatment is poor,which is not conducive to the next step of wastewater treatment and requires pre-treatment.After extraction treatment,the color and COD are greatly improved,which can directly treat the low concentration sewage and recover the internitroaniline,which has good economic and environmental benefits.
