摘  要:为增强高层建筑基坑围护稳定性,提高地下连续墙承载力,论文以英发睿智创新园建设项目为例,开展对地下连续墙施工技术的研究。在明确该项目基本概况后,利用双轮铣槽机,完成对槽段的开挖。在此基础上,对钢筋笼结构进行吊装施工。待吊装完毕后,进行混凝土浇筑及连续墙防渗处理。通过对按照新的施工思路完成施工后的地下连续墙的承载力进行测定得出,新施工技术的应用可以有效促进地下连续墙承载力提高,进而促进整个高层建筑基坑围护稳定性的提升,促进高层建筑施工质量提高。In order to enhance the stability of the foundation pit enclosure of high-rise buildings and improve the bearing capacity of the diaphragm wall,the paper takes the Yingfa Wisdom Innovation Park construction project as an example to carry out the design and research on the construction technology of the diaphragm wall.After defining the basic situation of the project,the double wheel slot milling machine is used to complete the excavation of the slot section.On this basis,the reinforcement cage structure shall be hoisted.After the hoisting is completed,concrete pouring and diaphragm wall anti-seepage treatment shall be carried out.By measuring the bearing capacity of the diaphragm wall after the construction is completed according to the new construction idea,it is concluded that the application of new construction technology can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the diaphragm wall,further promote the stability of the entire high-rise building foundation pit enclosure,and promote the construction quality of high-rise buildings.
