摘　　要：装配式混凝土结构住宅工程大量普及,混凝土PC构件在生产、安装、检测、验收等环节产生新的质量问题。根据工程实践,论文对当前装配式混凝土住宅工程的质量问题进行了列举和分析,并提出应对方法,为工程应用提供参考。The prefabricated concrete structure housing project is widely used,and new quality problems have arisen in the production,installation,inspection,acceptance and other links of concrete PC components;According to the engineering practice,the article enumerates and analyzes the quality problems of the current prefabricated concrete housing project,and puts forward countermeasures,which can provide reference for engineering application.
