摘 要:EPC(Engineering,Procurement,Construction)是“设计,采购,施工”的英文缩写,是指工程总承包企业按照有关合同的约定,对该项目的设计、采购、施工、一体化服务,并对所承包项目的质量、安全、进度、成本等负全面责任。基于EPC模式下的项目管理,其在施工阶段的体系化管理对项目的交付有着重要意义。由于EPC项目的全过程管理对比施工总承包的全过程管理多了设计版块,设计版块又直接关系到该项目的施工难度,成本,工期等,所以不仅在实施过程中增加了工程总承包单位的风险,同时也提高了对工程总承包单位的综合实力要求。论文主要就EPC工程总承包在施工阶段的重点以及难点进行分析,并且针对重难点的应对措施进行简要叙述以及探究。EPC(Engineering,Procurement,Construction)is the English abbreviation of“design,procurement,construction”,which refers to that the general contracting enterprise is fully responsible for the design,procurement,construction and integrated services of the project,as well as the quality,safety,progress,cost,etc.of the contracted project in accordance with the relevant contracts.Based on the project management under EPC mode,its systematic management in the construction stage is of great significance to the project delivery.Because the whole process management of EPC project has more design sections than the whole process management of general construction contracting,which is directly related to the construction difficulty,cost,duration,etc.of the project,it not only increases the risk of the general contractor in the implementation process,but also improves the requirements for the comprehensive strength of the general contractor.This paper mainly analyzes the key points and difficulties of EPC project in the construction stage,and briefly describes and explores the countermeasures for the key points and difficulties.
