推进党的自我革命与实现长期执政内生关系的“四维”刍议

摘　　要：自我革命是党的优良传统和鲜明政治品格,是党跳出历史周期率、实现长期执政的强大支撑和重要手段,是党始终保持“四个自我”的内在能力指向。自我革命重在解决刀刃向内、“打铁必须自身硬”的问题。党的执政理念、执政基础、执政方式、执政体制是党实现长期执政的“四大”支撑要素,旨在解决执政“为了谁”“依靠谁”“怎样执政”以及“怎样长期执好政”等重大问题。就其内生关系而言,推进自我革命不断创新党的执政理念是实现长期执政的灵魂导向,推进自我革命持续厚植党的执政基础是实现长期执政的力量源泉,推进自我革命与变革党的执政方式是实现长期执政的重要载体,推进自我革命坚持完善党的执政体制是实现长期执政的根本保障。Self-revolution is the CPC’s fine tradition and distinct political character.It is a strong support and important means for the Party to get out of the historical periodic rate and realize long-term governance.It is also the Party’s internal ability to always maintain the“four egos”,and which focuses on solving the problem of“forging iron must be hard”.The CPC’s governing concept,governing foundation,governing mode and governing system are the internal elements of the CPC’s long-term governance,which aims to solve such major problems as“for whom”,“relying on whom”,“how to govern”and“how to longly govern well”.Its inherent logic is that promoting self-revolution and constantly innovating the CPC’s governing concept is the soul guidance for the Party to achieve long-term governance,promoting self-revolution and continuously enriching the CPC’s governing foundation is the source of power for the party to achieve long-term governance,and promoting self-revolution and changing the CPC’s governing mode is an important carrier for the party to achieve long-term governance,and promoting self-revolution and improving the CPC’s governing system is the fundamental guarantee for the Party to achieve long-term governance.
