益气养阴泄浊通络方治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究益气养阴泄浊通络方对糖尿病肾病(DN)的治疗作用。方法:将60例DN患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加益气养阴泄浊通络方进行治疗。对比2组尿微量白蛋白(U-MA)、24 h尿蛋白定量(UTP)、血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)值。结果:治疗后2组患者U-MA、UTP、Scr、BUN、TC、LDL-C、TG、FPG、HbA1c水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),HDL-C水平高于2组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后2组间相比,治疗组U-MA、UTP、Scr、BUN、TC、LDL-C、TG、FPG、HbA1c水平低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴泄浊通络方治疗DN疗效确切,能够改善肾功能,降低血糖,调节血脂水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Xizhuo Tongluo Fang(Recipe of tonifying qi,nourishing yin,relieving turbidity,and unblocking collaterals)on diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:Sixty DN patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Xizhuo Tongluo Fang in addition to routine treatment.Compare the urinary microalbumin(U-MA),24-hour urinary protein quantification(UTP),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)values between two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of U-MA,UTP,Scr,BUN,TC,LDL-C,TG,FPG,and HbA1c in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while the levels of HDL-C were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of U-MA,UTP,Scr,BUN,TC,LDL-C,TG,FPG,and HbA1c in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of HDL-C were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Jiezhuo Tongluo Fang has a definite therapeutic effect on DN,which can improve renal function,regulate blood lipid levels,and improve the quality of life of patients.
