摘　　要：国内民爆炸药生产线上含有危险化学品的聚乙烯、聚丙烯包装袋通常是被焚烧或者采取掩埋的方式处理,这些方法不但处理效率低、处理费用高,而且容易产生环保及安全问题。废弃塑料包装物在工业炸药中的再利用技术与装备,是将含危险化学品(硝酸铵、硝酸钠、工业炸药专用油相等)的废塑料制品破碎成条状,团粒后在挤出机中加热至一定温度熔融塑化,熔融料经冷却切粒,再通过塑料磨粉机磨制成所需细度的粉料,经包装后形成粉状炸药原材料,实现了无害化回收处理。Polyethylene and polypropylene packaging bags containing hazardous chemicals are usually burned or buried in the domestic civil explosive production line.These treatment methods not only have low efficiency and high cost,but also are prone to produce environmental protection and safety problems.This paper introduces the recycling technology and equipment of waste plastic packaging materials in industrial explosives.The waste plastic products containing hazardous chemicals(ammonium nitrate,sodium nitrate,special oil phase for industrial explosive,etc.)are broken into strips.After pelletizing,they are heated to a certain temperature in an extruder to melt and plasticize.The molten material is cooled and cut into pellets,then ground to the required fineness by a plastic mill.After packaging,the powder explosive raw material is formed,which realizes harmless recycling.
